CEO
Dr. Francisco Cidral
Dr. Francisco Cidral (ND, PhD) is a translational neuroscientist and integrative health specialist with over 15 years of clinical and research experience. He holds advanced degrees in Health Sciences and serves as co-director of the Laboratory of Experimental Neuroscience (LANEX) at UNISUL, Brazil, with affiliations at Sapienza University of Rome.
Author of 30+ peer-reviewed publications, his work spans photobiomodulation, autonomic regulation, and functional health assessment. As CEO of BioFunktion Technologies and co-founder of the Integrative Wellbeing Institute, he leads the US clinical and commercial deployment of the BioTekna platform.

Dr. Gianluca Bianco
Dr. Gianluca Bianco is a Medical Doctor specialized in Internal Medicine, with advanced training in acupuncture, auricular neuromodulation, PNEI, and posturology. His clinical focus centers on the relationship between chronic stress, pain, and the fascial system — and the use of neuromodulation to restore autonomic and structural balance.
As Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of BioFunktion, he leads clinical education and practitioner training for the Functional Longevity Method™.

Regiane Dayse Scoz Cidral
Regiane Scoz Cidral is a business manager with extensive experience in international operations, strategic partnerships, and global market development. With a background in cross-border business processes and negotiation, she plays a key role in supporting the operational infrastructure of BioFunktion Technologies across North America.
Her work ensures that device logistics, client relationships, and financial operations run seamlessly behind the clinical and commercial mission of the company.
